The DEADLINE for filing a complaint for the 2024 Assessment Year is: Friday, February 7^th, 2025
All complaints MUST be delivered in person to the Fulton County Assessment Office by 4:00pm on February 7^th, 2025 -or- POSTMARKED on or before February 7^th, 2025.

We will NOT accept complaints via fax or email.

Complaints postmarked AFTER February 7^th, 2025 -OR- filed in person AFTER February 7^th, 2025 WILL NOT BE HEARD.

*If your property is located in Canton Township, you may also file a complaint at the Canton Township Office, located at 1013 West Locust Street, Canton, IL, subject to the same date(s) and time(s) as the Fulton County Assessment Office.
