The Fulton County Clayberg Nursing Center is a 49 bed skilled care facility that has been providing care to its residents since June of 1969. It is owned by Fulton County and remains the County’s only not-for-profit long-term care facility.
The Clayberg Nursing Center is staffed with highly trained, compassionate professionals and individuals who are dedicated to providing quality care and services.
The Administrator and Director of Nursing are active participants in the daily activities of the facility and quality of life issues.
The facility welcomes inquiries for admission to the Clayberg. The Clayberg accepts a variety of pay sources including Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance and Private Pay.
