How long does it take to get my driver’s license back after sending in a payment?

I can’t make my court date. What do I do?
It is very important that you appear in court on the date and time assigned. If you do not show up, the judge has many options ranging from continuing your case, finding you guilty and assessing fines & costs, to issuing a warrant for your arrest. If it is the first court date for the case with a “may appear”, the clerk can issue a continuance if you request it in person or in writing (no faxes), no less than 4 business days prior to the court date.
I missed my court date. What now?
