Posting requirements of a Zoning Permit
The permit shall be kept POSTED on the premises open to public inspection for the duration of the work and until the completion of the same.

Limitations
A permit, under which no work has commenced within one year after issuance, shall expire by limitation. If construction has begun, but has not been completed within the year following issuance, a renewal fee of $15.00 will be required to extend the permit for an additional year.

Certificate of Occupancy
No building requiring a building permit shall be occupied before a certificate of occupancy has been issued.
