Roll Call was taken, quorum present.
3. Additions, Deletions, Corrections to the Agenda
Member Roberson moved to approve the agenda with a second by Member Ackerman. Motion carried by roll call vote (5-0).
4. Approval of Minutes
Chairman Phillips amended the minutes with the corrected spelling of Damon Roberson name.
Member Ackerman moved to approve the August 25, 2021 amended minutes with a second from Member Roberson. Motion carried by roll call vote (5-0).

6. New Business
PUBLIC HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO UPGRADE ANHYDROUS AMMONIA SYSTEM ON PARCEL #05-04-03-400-009 IN AN AGRICULTURAL/CONSERVATION DISTRICT.
Ashlan and Julie Edwards presented an application for a conditional use permit for Walter’s Ag in Farmington, Illinois. In order to comply with State Guidelines, appearance was required before the ZBA to upgrade anhydrous storage from 28,000 gallons to 30,000 gallons.
Member Herrick moved to approve the conditional use permit to upgrade Anhydrous Ammonia system on parcel #05-04-03-400-009 in an agricultural/conservation district with a second from Member Ackerman. Motion carried by roll call vote (5-0).
AIRBNB CLASSIFICATIONS IN FULTON COUNTY
The ZBA committee discussed more information is needed and asked the Zoning officer Emmons to check into the Airbnb and to get the States Attorney’s input. Emmons will report back to the ZBA committee during the next monthly meeting.
