Member Kumer moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Hudson. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0).
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – October 4, 2022
Member Bohler moved to approve the minutes from October 4, 2022 with a second from Member Kumer. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0).

Member Bohler moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Kumer. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0).
8. Zoning Office Report
ACTIVITY FOR OCTOBER
Janice Emmons, Zoning Officer, reported for the month of October the Zoning Office collected $2,767.00 in revenue. Sixteen construction applications were received and thirteen initial inspections and five final inspections were completed. There were about 100 consultations for zoning matters. There were seven consultations concerning plats/plat affidavits and five affidavits recorded. Stonebridge Subdivision was approved in October.
In October, notification went out about a building constructed on Webb Road with no building permit. The owner was issued a notice of violation and the owner paid the permit fee plus a 25% fine for constructing without a permit.
Steve Slaight received approval from the ZBA to construct his garage adjacent to the boundary line on Mishi Nama Drive in Wee Ma Tuk. The Zoning Board of Appeals granted him a variance on October 4, 2022.
