The Fulton County Regular Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm, Courtroom 201, Fulton County Courthouse, 100 N. Main Lewistown, IL.

A new Fulton County Board will be sworn in and take office on December 8th, 2026
• Credentials Committee meeting will be held on December 8th, 2026, at 5:45 PM, Room 105, Fulton County Courthouse, 100 N. Main Lewistown, IL
• Reorganizational meeting held on December 8, 2026, at 6:00 pm, Courtroom 201, Fulton County Courthouse, 100 N. Main Lewistown, IL.

Unless otherwise specified, the Fulton County Board 2026 Committee Meeting Schedule days listed below will be the week before the regular board meeting.

The Committee meetings are as follows:
County Highway: Committee meetings will be held at the Fulton County Highway Department, 421 E. Hickory St., Canton, IL 61520, at 7:30 AM: Jan 6, Feb 3, March 3, April 7, May 5,
June 2, July 7, Aug 4, Sept 1, Oct 6, Nov 4 & Dec 1.
A Special meeting will be held on Tuesday. November 17, 2026, at 7:30 AM.

Community Development & Zoning: Committee meetings will be held at the Fulton County Board Office, 257 West Lincoln Street, Lewistown, IL, at 5:00 PM: Jan 6, Feb 3, March 3, April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, Aug 4, Sept 1, Oct 6, Nov 4 & Dec 1.

Property: Committee meetings will be held at Fulton County Board Office, 257 West Lincoln Street, Lewistown, IL,, at 5:30 PM: Jan 6, Feb 3, March 3, April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, Aug 4, Sept 1, Oct 6, Nov 4 & Dec 1.

Health: Committee meetings will be held at The Jane Boyd Building, 260 West Lincoln Street, Lewistown, IL, at 5:30 PM: Jan 6, Feb 3, March 3, April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, Aug 4, Sept 1, Oct 6, Nov 4 & Dec 1.

Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative:
Committee meetings will be held at the Fulton County Board Office, 257 West Lincoln Street, Lewistown, IL, at 6:00 PM: Jan 6, Feb 3, March 3, April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, Aug 4, Sept 1, Oct 6, Nov 4 & Dec 1.
AND the second Tuesday of each month, prior to the County Board Meeting, the committee will be at the Fulton Co. Courthouse,100 N. Main St., Courtroom 313, Lewistown, IL, at 5:45 PM: Jan 13, Feb 10, March 6, April 14, May 12, June 9, July 14, Aug 11, Sept 8, Oct 13, Nov 10, & Dec 8. There will be an end-of-the-month meeting held as needed.

Safety & Campground: Committee meetings will be held at The Jane Boyd Building, 260 West Lincoln Street, Lewistown, IL, at 6:00 PM: Jan 6, Feb 3, March 3, April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, Aug 4, Sept 1, Oct 6, Nov 4 & Dec 1.
