3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Heller. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – July 2, 2024
Member Platt moved to approve the minutes from July 2, 2024, with a second from Member Thompson. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all voting ayes.

7. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Kessel introduced the new zoning office, Kim Mayberry. At this time ZBA has 3 public hearings scheduled.
b. Health
Member Platt reported that the Clayberg has some Covid cases and the RN contracts are being looked at.
c. County Highway
Member Heller reported that they hope to have the steel be going up on the new building soon.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member Thompson reported that the committee is continuing work on the 2025 budget. An appointment and some resolutions allocating funds to furniture will be coming to the full board.
e. Property, Public Safety
Member Williams reported that the committee has chosen Anything Fence to install the security fence in the DG building.

a. Discussion/Action: Courthouse Renovations
Member Williams meant with WHKS and said the meeting went well.

Member Platt moved to approve with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
