3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda
Member Williams moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Barclay. Motion
carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Announcements, Communications, and Correspondence
Williams informed the campers that rate increases will not go into effect for the 2024 camping
session. When rate increases do happen in the future, it will be the same across the board.
Electrical bills will also stay the same. Campers were asked to volunteer to help out campers
coming in for the Scenic Drive

a. Discussion/Action: Claims – None

a. Discussion/Action: Discussion with campers regarding Campground Host/Hostess
Campers were asked to call either Williams or the Sheriff’s Department if any issues occurred
during the absence of a campground Host/Hostess. Campers were reminded that any
violations are to be sent to the Committee for review. The Committee is looking into
contracting out the bulk mowing or planting native prairie grass in the larger areas to lessen
the amount of mowing for the future.
b. Discussion/Action: Plan for improvements to the Campground
The following issues were addressed, fix potholes, trim trees, mulch the playground, install
playground equipment that is in the shed, and power wash/paint the shower house.
