3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Member Sloan moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Widger. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – April 2, 2024
Member Sloan moved to approve the minutes from April 2, 2024, with a second from Member Grigsby. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
5. Announcements, Communications and Correspondence – None

7. Claims/Financial Report
Member Sloan moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Widger. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0)
8. Zoning Office Report
The Zoning Office received $2,982.35 in revenue through April 2024, received twelve permits, and conducted twelve initial inspections and nine final construction inspections. There were about 80 consultations and approximately four plat act affidavits signed.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints received centered around fence and property line disagreements, which is a civil matter.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
There were no public hearings this month. There will be a public hearing for EDP Solar on May 15, 5 to 7 p.m. at the Farm Bureau Building and there will be one on the last Wednesday of the month for Jason Parsons who is purchasing Snowman Reindeer Farm.

a. Discussion/Action: Bass Subdivision
Member Sloan moved to send it to the full board with a second from Member Grigsby. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
b. Discussion/Action: Update to 2017 “Solar Citing Ordinance for Fulton County” (Section 9.3 of the Fulton County Zoning Ordinance)
Member Sloan moved to send it to the Zoning Board with a second from Member Widger. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
c. Discussion/Action: Update to 2023 “Commercial Solar Energy Facility Siting Ordinance for Fulton County” (Section 9.4 of the Fulton County Zoning Ordinance)
Member Grigsby moved to send to the Zoning Board with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
