Discussion/Action: PUBLIC HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PARCEL #10-09-29-100-007 FOR AN ECO-TOURISM FARM WITH REINDEER, MINI DONKEYS, AND CHICKENS.
Chairman Phillips swore in Jason Parsons.
Mr. Parsons is purchasing the Snowman Reindeer Farm. This conditional use permit will follow the same conditions that were put in effect for the previous owners.
Member Eathington moved to approve with a second from Member Clark. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
