Mr. Heller called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. at the Fulton County Highway Department, Canton, IL.

Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Mr. Murphy made a motion with a second by Mr. Beck to approve the agenda. Roll call vote, the motion passed (3-0).

Other Business
a. Building Tour – Members Heller, Murphy, Beck, and media Froehling toured the Highway building and property while County Highway Engineer Munter discussed building deterioration, safety concerns, and temporary fixes. Munter expressed concern about storage issues as buildings continue to deteriorate and salt storage being insufficient. An overview of the ARPA monies received vs building costs were also discussed.

Mr. Murphy made a motion to adjourn at 8:36 a.m. with a second from Mr. Beck. Roll call vote, the motion passed
