Fulton County Joint Advisory Health Insurance Committee Minutes

1. Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 4:35 p.m. by Co-Chair, Jaclyn Webb.
2. Roll Call – Committee members present were: Laura Kessel, Barry Beck, Susan Duquenne, B.J. McCullum, Patrick O’Brian, Katie Lynn, Mary Ellen Carmack, Beth Hadsall, Jaclyn Webb, Amber McKenzie, and Trudy Williams.
3. Approval of Previous Minutes- Motion was made by Kessel, second by Lynn to approve the minutes from the April 29 and May 2, 2022 meetings. Motion carried by roll call vote (11-0)
4. Additions, Deletions, Corrections to Agenda – Motion made by Kessel, second by McCullum to approve the agenda. Motion carried by roll call vote (11-0).
5. New Business – None.
6. Old Business – Interviews for RFP for Broker were conducted in the order listed on the agenda. No action taken.
7. Adjournment – Motion by O’Brian, second by Kessel to adjourn. Motion carried by roll call vote (11-0). Meeting adjourned at 7:19 p.m.
Next meeting will be May 16, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.
