Sheriff Standard reported the total Sheriff claims were $9,269.33. Member Bohler moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Kumer. Motion carried by roll call vote (6-0).
b. Jail
Sheriff Standard reported the total Jail claims were $31,982.40. Member Bohler moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Kumer. Motion carried by roll call vote (6-0).

Sheriff Standard reported the total Animal Control claims were $2,884.38. Member Bohler moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Madson. Motion carried by roll call vote (6-0).

Member Bohler reported the Campground claims were $2,638.87. Member Bohler moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Madson. Motion carried by roll call vote (6-0).
Member Deushane reported the second Campground claims were $3,742.00. Member Bohler moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Williams. Motion carried by roll call vote (6-0).

a. Superintendent’s Report
FCCRA Superintendent’s Report – March 2022
John Young, Camping and Rec Superintendent discussed since the last committee meeting there have been no incidents reported to the office.
Superintendent Young discussed the local MWRD (Metropolitan Water Reclamation District) meeting went well and the Fulton County Campground will be expanding the hiking trail system. The Fulton County Campground will be adding new public access sites around the lakes, which include sites at Little Sister lake and Lake 4. There will be general purpose trails added this will accommodate hikers, bicycles and golf carts.
The grading scraper was delivered and put to use immediately. Road work is on-going.
The dump station revisions required by the State of Illinois will allow work to begin later in March, and the dump station will be closed.
An update on the fiber optic, Midcentury has contacted all the landowners on the route to the campground to obtain easements. Young is hoping for a spring install date and the release of the RFP for the provider for a local wireless network.
Work on the county website is progressing and will wrap up in a couple of weeks. The campground’s website, beta site has been reviewed pending any additional revisions. Currently, there are 55 campers on the waitlist at the Campground.
