2. Roll Call
Roll call was taken, quorum present
3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda
Member Madson moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Berry. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0).
4. Approval of Previous Minutes from February 1, 2022
Member Madson moved to approve the minutes from February 1, 2022 with a second from Member Arnett. Motion carried by roll call vote (5-0).

7. Claims
a. Discussion/Action: Claims
Member Berry moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Platt. Motion carried by roll call vote (5-0).
7. Old Business
a. Discussion/Action: Property Repairs
Member Arnett updated the Property committee the contract with Kreiling Roofing was reviewed by States Attorney Jochums and was OK’d.
8. New Business
a. Discussion/Action: Courthouse Trees
Member Arnett discussed a bid to remove several trees at the Courthouse. The removal would include the big pine tree that is causing issues with the needles in the air conditioners and does not allow any grass to grow. It also includes the removal and trimming of the two trees beside the air conditioner units. Chairman Clark discussed the tree removal at the Courthouse, the pine tree and another tree that has damage and needs to be removed. There are two other trees that need to be trimmed and debris removed. Member Wilner inquired if there is only one bid and are there plans to replace the trees that would be removed. Member Arnett stated there is the only one bid. Chairman Clark stated at this time there are no plans to replace the trees. Member Arnett stated with the bid being under $30,000.00 Fulton County does not have to bid out the project.
Member Berry discussed if the trees are not damaged why remove the trees instead of just trimming them. Member Madson stated the pine tree is an issue for the maintenance of the air conditioners on the Northwest side of the courthouse. Member Platt discussed if the trees are in a bad spot or damaged then the tree needs to be removed. However, the trees should not be removed if nothing is wrong with the tree. Member Arnett thought the bid from Stanton is a reasonable bid. The Property committee members would like to see the trees before making a decision to remove the trees.
