3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda
Member Kumer moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

5. Approval of Minutes – August 9, 2022
Member Kumer moved to approve the minutes from August 9, 2022 with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

a. Discussion/Action: Class A Liquor Licenses
Member Kumer moved to approve the Class A Liquor Licenses with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
b. Discussion/Action: Class B Liquor Licenses
Member Kumer moved to approve the Class B Liquor Licenses with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
c. Discussion/Action: Class C Liquor License
Member Kumer moved to approve the Class C Liquor License with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
