Roll call was taken, quorum was present
3. Approval of Previous Minutes – May 16, 2023 and May 23, 2023
Member Beck moved to approve the minutes from May 16, 2023 and
May 23, 2023 with a second from Member Kessel. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Meeting Agenda
Member Thompson moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Kessel. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

7. Misc.
a. Discussion/Action: Public Opening of RFPs for Management Company and Broker for The Clayberg
Chairman Spangler opened the bids; one for Heritage Operations Group management and one from Helios Healthcare advisors.
The information was distributed to the committee members for review and will be discussed at the July 13, 2023 Ad-Hoc Health Committee meeting.
