Mr. Williams made a motion with a second by Mr. Berry to approve the agenda. Roll call vote, the motion passed (4-0).

A motion was made by Ms. Deushane and a second by Mr. Berry to approve the minutes from the June 7, 2022. Roll call vote, the motion passed (4-0).
