3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Member Southwood moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – January 3, 2024
Member Grigsby moved to approve the minutes from January 3, 2024, with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

7. Claims/Financial Report
Member Southwood moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by roll call vote (5-0)
8. Zoning Office Report
Zoning Director Emmons reported that The Zoning Office received $1,350.40 in revenue through January 2024. Four new construction permits were received and four initial construction inspections. There were five final construction inspections performed. six plat act affidavits have been signed. Approximately 50-60 consultations occurred over the phone regarding Zoning issues.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
One public hearing was held concerning Noah Kesselmeyer and a request for a fourteen-foot
side yard variance on each side of his residence located at Canton Lake. The ZBA granted the
variance following a unanimous vote. Also, EDP Renewables, Solsource Power, and Tater Creek Wind Farms are looking to schedule Conditional Use Permit Hearings shortly. The first application may be submitted in March.
9. New Business
a. Discussion/Action- Pricing Information for solar and battery storage
Assessor Russel presented a new pricing structure recommendation as well as gave a summary of the BESS ordinance that will be presented next month. This new ordinance will go through ZBA, Zoning, and the full board for approval.
