3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member L. Southwood. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.

Member Kessel moved to approve with a second from Member Beck. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.

7. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Grigsby reported that the Zoning website is being updated.
b. Health
Member Platt reported the showers are done and are awaiting the approval from the Department of Health to begin using them. The starting RN wage increase will be going to the full board for approval.
c. County Highway
Member Beck reported that the Highway Department will be moved into the new building in April.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member L. Southwood reported that the Decommissioning Agreement for Buckheart Solar 1 will be going to the full board. Waiting to hear back from different departments on the IPRF Grant request.
e. Property
Member Kessel reported that WHKS will be coming to the March meeting to present a plan on Phase 2 of the Courthouse.
f. Campground/Safety
Member Williams reported that the renewal of Andrew’s Contract will be going to the full board. The mowing bid has been published and will be opened during the March meeting.
