3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Beck. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – January 6, 2026
Member Kessel moved to approve with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.

7. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Steck reported that an ordinance update to change data centers from permissive to conditional use in the industrial district will be going to the full board.
b. Health
Member Platt reported that there are currently 44 residents at the Clayberg.
c. County Highway
Member Beck reported that crews are using the new patch machine to patch up potholes in the roads.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member L. Southwood reported that some line item transfers are going to the full board.
e. Property
Member Kessel reported that the property committee is continuing to gather information for courthouse improvements, and the Sally Port project has been paused.
f. Campground/Safety
Member Williams reported that the committee has a candidate for the position out at the Campground.
