Chairman Spangler called the Special Session, February 21, 2024, meeting to order at 5:32 PM in Courtroom 201 at the Fulton County Courthouse in Lewistown, IL.
Fulton County Clerk O’Brian called the roll and found the following members present: (Present-P; Absent-A):

Member Southwood moved to go into executive session at 5:37 PM with a second from Member Kessel. Motion carried by roll call vote (10,0)
Member Barclay moved to exit the executive session at 5:52 PM with a second from Member Kessel. Motion carried by roll call vote (10,0)

Member Kessel moved to approve with a second from Member Widger. Motion carried by roll call vote (10,0)
