Member Bohler moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Kumer. Motion carried by roll call vote (3-0).
4. Approval of Previous Minutes from January 4, 2022
Member Bohler moved to approve the minutes from January 4, 2022 with a second from Member Kumer. Motion carried by roll call vote (3-0).

Member Bohler moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Kumer. Motion carried by roll call vote (3-0).

a. Discussion/Action: Contract bid Courthouse roof
Member Arnett discussed with the Property Committee that Bill Smick recommended Kreiling Roofing. Kreiling has been doing the roof work and continues to do a good job.
Member Kumer moved to approve the Contract bid for the Courthouse roof with Kreiling with a second from Member Bohler. Motion carried by roll call vote (3-0).
