3. Approval of Previous Minutes – September 27, 2023; November 8, 2023 & November 13, 2023
Member O’Brian moved to approve the previous minutes with a second from Beck. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Southwood moved to approve the agenda with a second from O’Brian. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
5. New Business
a. Discussion/Action: Union recommendation to BCBS for a new dental provider for investigation.
Member O’Brian motioned to investigate Stinauer Dentist to add to Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance policy with a second from member McKenzie. Motion carried by voice vote will all ayes.
