3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Member Sloan moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by roll call vote (3-0).
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – November 1, 2022
Member Southwood moved to approve the minutes from November 1, 2022 with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by roll call vote (3-0).

7. Claims/Financial Report
Member Sloan moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by roll call vote (3-0).
8. Zoning Office Report
ACTIVITY FOR NOVEMBER
Janice Emmons, Zoning Officer, reported for the month of November the Zoning Office collected $2,853.00 in revenue. Ten construction applications were received and ten initial and three final inspections were completed. There were about 80 consultations for zoning matters. There was one building permit renewal. There were thirteen consultations concerning plats/plat affidavit and ten affidavits recorded.
In November, a modular home was placed in Summum with no building permit. The occupant was placed on notice for violating the Fulton County Zoning Ordinance.
Brad Utsinger applied for a conditional use permit to construct and operate a single storage facility on Delaware Circle in Wee-Ma-Tuk. Based on finding of fact, the Zoning Board of Appeals denied the request for a conditional use permit.
The Zoning Office will begin renewing conditional use permits in December and reviewing them to determine compliance with the Fulton County Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the office will be sending reminder notices to permit applicants to request an update on the status of their building projects.
This Zoning office received contact information and interest from additional developers concerning the potential for solar and wind energy in Fulton County.
9. New Business
a. Discussion/Action- 2023 Community Development Meeting Schedule
Member Kessel discussed the new Fulton County Board Chairman handed out the new committee schedule at the Reorganizational meeting on December 5, 2022. The Community Development, Zoning, 200th anniversary meeting will be the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm at the Fulton County Board Office.
Member Kessel ask Zoning Officer Emmons, to give a 20-minute presentation on Zoning 101 at the January 3, 2023 meeting. Member Kessel felt this would be a great introduction into zoning for all members of the committee.
