Member Sloan moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Widger. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

Member Barclay moved to approve the minutes from November 7th with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

Helle reported that there will be a truck to be sold. Member Williams would like to possibly replace the campground truck with the old ESDA truck.
