Mr. Williams called the meeting to order at 7:46 a.m. at the Fulton County Highway Department, Canton, IL.

Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Mr. Spangler made a motion with a second by Mr. Williams to approve the agenda. Motion carried by roll call vote (3-0).
Acceptance of Minutes of Previous Meeting(s)
A motion was made by Mr. Williams and a second by Mr. Beck to approve the minutes from 11-7-23 and 11-21-23. Motion carried by roll call vote (3-0).
