3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – November 7, 2023
Member Kessel moved to approve the minutes from November 7, 2023, with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

7. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Kessel reported that ZBA has granted permits for 3 solar projects.
b. Health
Member Platt reported that the Jail meals are going well, a 5% (2.5% for 2023 & 2.5% for 2024) raise for the Business Office Manager is being sent to the full board. Clayberg is full and has a waiting list.
c. County Highway
Member Williams reported that gravel roads are being filled in as well as shoulders are being cut back.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member Thompson reported that the Landfill solar lease is going to be voted on next week by both the finance committee and the full board. Three appointments and three amended policies are also being sent to the full board.
e. Property, Public Safety
Member Williams reported that he is working on finding a company to inspect the courthouse clock tower. The committee has decided to put a $30,000 cap on the campground host’s salary. Interviews will be taking place next week.
