3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Member Smith moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Widger. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all ayes.

Member Widger moved to approve, with a second from Member Steck. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all voting ayes.

8. Zoning Office Report
Asseesor Russell reported that Kim is attending FEMA floodplain training in Springflied, and a ZBA hearing is scheduled for December 18th.
9. New Business
a. Discussion/Action: Amendment correcting the 2019 Ordinance Creating Zoning Provisions for the Distribution and Sale of Medical and Recreational Cannabis in Fulton County, IL from “Chapter 9.4” to “Chapter 9.6”.
Member Steck moved to approve with a second from Member Widger.Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
