Member Williams moved to go into executive session at 5:32 with a second from Member Sloan.
Member Sloan moved to go out of executive session at 6:56 with a second from Member Widger.
Member Williams motion to send candidate Andrew Picton to full board with a second from Member Sloan. Motion carried by roll call vote (3 – 2)

Member Williams moved to adjourn with a second from member Widger. Motioned carried by voice vote with all ayes.
