2. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).

Member Platt moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Beck. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).

a. Discussion/Action: ARPA
• Ellisville Request
Member Thompson discussed there are two item on the Fulton County Board agenda for approval December 13, 2022, and any additional items to use ARPA Funds need to be postponed to January 2023.
Member Heller moved to approve to post pone any additional requests for ARPA Funds until January 2023 with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).

• ARPA Interest Earnings
Treasurer Mayall discussed the interest earnings on the ARPA Funds. The interest earned to date is approximately $51,000.00. If the committee wants to move the interest earned to the General Fund, the funds can be used or the funds can remain where they are and continue to earn interest.
Member Kessel discussed the 200th Anniversary plan does not have budgeted funds. Member Kessel would like to allocate funds from ARPA Fund interest for the 200th Anniversary.
Member Heller moved to approve the ARPA Funds interest earnings remain in the ARPA Funds with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).
b. Discussion/Action: Resolution: Trustee Parcels
Member Thompson discussed the Trustee Parcels correction is included in the packet.
Member Heller moved to approve the resolution with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).
9. New Business
a. Discussion/Action: Resolution: Appellate Prosecutor
Member Southwood moved to approve the resolution with a second from Member Kessel. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).
10. Transit
Comptroller Miles stated the county has a program review with IDOT on January 19, 2023.
11. Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer Mayall inquired if anyone has questions about the Bank fund report and if this is a report that the committee would like to continue to get. Member Thompson stated she would like to continue to get the report monthly.
12. Assessment Report
Supervisor of Assessment Julie Russell, discussed all the Board of Review members have completed their OMA training. The Assessment office has been very busy answering questions with the assessment notices going out to the public.
Russell stated she revised the forms for protesting the taxes on property owned.
