3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda
Member Widger moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Spangler. Motion carried
by voice vote with all voting ayes.

Member Widger moved to approve the minutes from June 2, 2023 with a second from Member

a. Discussion/Action: Approve Gaming Terminal Permits
Member Kessel moved to approve the Gaming Terminal Permits with a second from Member Widger.
Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
b. Discussion/Action: Class C Liquor License
Member Kessel moved to approve the Class C Liquor License with a second from Member Widger.
