Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Mr. Murphy made a motion with a second by Mr. Berry to approve the agenda. The motion passed (4-0).
Acceptance of Minutes of Previous Meeting(s)
A motion was made by Mr. Williams and a second by Mr. Berry to approve the minutes from 7-5-23. The motion passed (4-0).

A motion was made by Mr. Murphy, a second by Mr. Berry to approve the consent agenda items and recommended they be put on the Board’s Consent Agenda. The motion passed (4-0).
