- Call to Order: 5:31 p.m.
- Roll Call: Brian Platt, present; Dan Kumer, present; Barry Beck, present; David Wider, present.
- Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Meeting Agenda: Beck moved to approve the agenda, 2nd by Kumer. All in favor, motion carried.
- Announcements, Communications and Correspondence – All Health Facilities: There was a complaint survey with no findings. Resident fall with records preservation request.
- Public Remarks: NA
- Members of the Public who wish to address the Board must provide the Chairperson with prior written notice of their intent to speak. The written notice shall identify the name and address of the speaker, as well as a short statement indicating the speaker’s topic. Each citizen is limited to five (5) minutes. Citizen’s remarks shall not exceed 30 minutes per meeting.
- Review of Minutes from Previous Month’s Meetings: Kumer moved to approve the minutes, 2nd by Beck. All in favor, motion carried.
- Claims/Review of Accounts’ Payable Items – All Health Facilities Discussion/Action: Claims reviewed. Beck moved to approve claims, 2nd by Kumer. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.

- Discussion/Action: Financial Update – Previous Month’s Facility Data Review
- Admissions/Census (Clayberg): 3/1/26, 41. 4 admits, 5 deaths, 1 discharge. End 42.
- Accounts’ Receivable/Aging (Clayberg) reviewed aging.
- Facility Operational Status Updates (Clayberg) reviewed medicare payments.

- Solar Information – reviewed meeting with CED. Mowing for CED paid current.
- Miscellaneous: Tax Levy decrease to be discussed at tonight’s finance meeting.
- Adjournment: Kumer moved to adjourn at 5:56p, 2nd by Widger. All in favor. Motion Carried.
