3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member L. Southwood. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.

7. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Grigsby reported that a commercial solar building permit was issued to Buckheart Creek Solar, LLC. There are currently 10 active conditional use permits for commercial solar projects.
b. Health
Member Platt reported that two 708 appointments are going to the full board, also going to the full board is a contract renewal for Tammie Denning’s.
c. County Highway
Member Beck reported that the Highway Department has moved into the new building. The address has changed to, 421 East Hickory Street, Canton, IL 61520.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member L. Southwood reported that the committee is looking into getting community solar credits onto county electric bills.
e. Property
Member Kessel reported that the committee agreed to order shelves for the DG building.
f. Campground/Safety
Member Williams reported that the gate has been fixed out at the campground and season passes can be purchased in the office.
