2. Roll Call
Roll call was taken, quorum was present
3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – December 8, 2021
Member Madson moved to approve the December 8, 2021 minutes with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by roll call vote (7-0).

9. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development
Member Bohler reported five reappointments for the Zoning Board of Appeals were approved.
b. Finance/Insurance
Member Kessel reported the Finance committee approved claims. Clerk O’Brian discussed the Safety Grant for $12,677.00 that needs to be used by December 1, 2022.
An ordinance was approved to opt out of the Preferential Assessment Program.
c. Health
Member Kessel reported the Covid numbers are up in Fulton County and currently there are four cases of Covid at the Clayberg.
A vaccination clinic will be held every Friday at the Health Department.
The annual survey at the Clayberg has been completed.
d. County Highway
Member Madson reported the quote was received for the coal patch. The IDOT MFT (Motor Fuel Tax) paperwork has been completed.
e. Property & Courts
Member Arnett reported capital repairs are needed for the bell tower columns. The cost of the last air conditioner that needs to be replaced at the courthouse is being looked into.
Claims were approved.
f. Personnel & Legislative
Member Thompson discussed Procurement Card work is being done to get County credit cards for each department head to use. The amended Covid policy work is ongoing. A Covid resolution for Fulton County Board members is being worked on. A Special P&L meeting will be January 11, 2022.
g. Public Safety & Campground
Member Deushane discussed the renewal of the Cuba police contract with the Sheriff is on the agenda. Sheriff Standard has a surplus of radios and would like to donate them to a fire department or an organization.
The two campers with non-renewal notices have started to move out from the Fulton County Campground.
