3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda
Member L. Southwood moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Berry. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.

5. Approval of Minutes – March 3, 2026
Member Berry moved to approve previous minutes from March 3rd, with a second from Member Steck. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
6. New Business:
a. Discussion/Action: Annual Class A Renewals
Member Berry moved to approve the Class A renewals and send to the full board, with a second from Member L. Southwood. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
b. Discussion/Action: Class C – Fulton County Fair
Member L. Southwood moved to approve the Class C renewal and send to the full board, with a second from Member Berry. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
