Zoning Office Report – Zoning Officer Mayberry reported that three community-scale solar projects were approved at the November 19th, 2025, ZBA meeting. ZBA will be meeting on December 17th for two community-scale solar applications, a variance, and rezoning. Yearly CUP renewal invoices were sent out.
