3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.

Member Beck moved to approve with a second from Member Steck. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.

a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Steck reported that two solar farms are online
b. Health
Member Platt reported that Health was going to look over the county’s septic ordinance next month
c. County Highway
Member Beck reported that the highway department is working on winter prep.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member L. Southwood reported that the budget will be finalized next week.
e. Property
Member Kessel reported that the property committee met with WHKS and has started to develop a plan and is going to meet with them one more time before presenting to the full board.
