3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Grigsby. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – February 4, 2025
Member Platt moved to approve with a second from Member Kessel. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.

7. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Grigsby reported that the Zoning website is up to date and the GIS Zoning Map is on the Zoning iPad for field work.
b. Health
Member Platt reported that the showers are done and are still awaiting approval from the Department of Health to begin using. Some RNs have been hired with the new wage increase.
c. County Highway
Member Beck reported that the Highway Department will be moved into the new building in April.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member Kessel reported that the Decommissioning Agreement for Banner Solar will be going to the board.
e. Property
Member Kessel reported that WHKS proposal on Phase 2 of the Courthouse will be going to the board.
f. Campground/Safety
Member Williams reported that the tractor will be taken to an auction. The committee is looking to hire a part-time office clerk for the campground.
