3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member L. Southwood. The motion was carried by voice vote with all ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – November 6, 2024
Member Kessel moved to approve the minutes with a second from Member L. Southwood. The motion was carried by voice vote with all ayes.

a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Grigsby reported that Kim is in Springfield taking a floodplain training course.
b. Health
Member Platt reported that the water heater at the Clayberg was down but has been fixed.
c. County Highway
Member Beck reported that the building is closed in and HVAC and electrical are going in.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member L. Southwood reported that a couple appointments will be going to the full board.
e. Property, Public Safety
Member Williams reported that the Campground has been closed an winterized.

A report will be presented to the full board in December. No action needed.
