CREDENTIALS COMMITTEE REPORT
Member Barclay reported the Credentials Committee examined the records on file in the County Clerk’s office of Fulton County. The Credentials Committee found the newly elected Fulton County Board members elected to District 1: David Barblnecht, Paula Grigsby, Laura Hepp Kessel, Landon Smith. District 2: Berry Beck, Chris Southwood. District 3:Susie Berry, Andy Steck. The certificate is on file and the Credentials Committee recommends all Fulton County Board members be seated and granted all rights and allotments of their said office.

NOMINATIONS FOR CHAIRMAN
Clerk O’Brian called for nominations for chairman. Member L. Southwood nominated Member Spangler for Chairman. Clerk O’Brian made two more calls for before closing the nominations.
ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
Clerk O’Brian stated with no other nominations, the new chairman of the Fulton County Board is John Spangler by acclimation.
NOMINATIONS FOR VICE CHAIRMAN
Chair Spangler called for nominations for vice chairperson. Member L. Southwood nominated Member Kessel for vice chairperson. Member Barclay nominated Member Beck for vice chairperson. Member Kumer nominated Member Steck for vice chairperson. Chair Spangler made two more calls for before closing the nominations.
ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN
Clerk O’Brian stated 7 votes for Member Kessel, 4 votes for Member Beck and 4 votes for Member Steck No nominee had majority vote. Member Beck and Member Steck withdrew their nominations. Member Kumer nominated Member Barclay for vice chairperson
Clerk O’Brian stated 6 votes for Member Kessel and 9 votes for Member Barclay.
The New Vice Chairperson is James Barclay

Member beck moved to approve with a second from Member Smith. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
