3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Thompson moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Kessel. The motion was carried by voice vote with all ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – October 1, 2024
Member Kessel moved to approve the minutes with a second from Member Thompson. The motion was carried by voice vote with all ayes.

Member Kessel reported that a resolution to help fund the Zoning vehicle maintenance will be going to the full board.

Member Heller reported that the walls are going up on the new building.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member Thompson reported that the FY2024 Budget will be going to the full board to adopt.
e. Property, Public Safety – None

a. Discussion/Action: Courthouse Renovations
A report will be presented to the full board in December. No action needed.

a. Discussion/Action: Sheriff’s Office MOU Amendment
Member Kessel moved to approve with a second from Member Heller. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
