3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Member Widger moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Sloan. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – September 3, 2024
Member Sloan moved to approve the minutes from September 3, 2024, with a second from Member Widger. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all voting ayes.

Member Sloan moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Widger. Motion carried by roll call vote (3-0)
8. Zoning Office Report
Zoning Officer Mayberry reported, that ZBA will be meeting to issue the building permint for the Pleasentville Solar farm.

a. Discussion/Action: Possible Resolution Regarding Balloon Releases in Fulton County
Member Kessel is going to contact UCCI to get samples of their county’s ordinances.
b. Discussion/Action: Compilation of Local Resources for Solar Farm Developers & Construction Workers.
Zoning Officer Mayberry is working on completing a list of local resources for the incoming Solar project workers.
