3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Member Southwood moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Sloan. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – August 6, 2024
Member Southwood moved to approve the minutes from August 6, 2024, with a second from Member Sloan. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all voting ayes.

Member Southwood moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Widger. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0)
8. Zoning Office Report
Assessor Russell reported, 20 permits have been issued.

a. Discussion/Action: Resolution removing Jayson Herrick from the Fulton County Zoning Board of Appeals for cause and/or conflict of interest.
Member Southwood moved to approve with a second from Member Widger. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all ayes.
b. Discussion/Action: Resolution appointing Jason Myetich to the Fulton County Zoning Board of Appeals for a term commencing September 10th, 2024 and ending January 30th, 2027.
Member Widger moved to approve with a second from Member Southwood. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all ayes.
