3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Member Sloan moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Grigsby. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – July 2nd, July 15th, and July 23rd 2024
Member Grigsby moved to approve the minutes from July 2nd, July 15th, and July 23rd, 2024 with a second from Member Sloan. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all voting ayes.

7. Claims/Financial Report
Member Sloan moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Grigsby. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0)
8. Zoning Office Report
Assessor Russell reported, 5 permits have been issued and that the office is ready to be used.
9. New Business
a. Discussion/Action: Ordinance Reducing Fees for Solar Energy Systems, Wind Energy Systems and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems with 5,000 acres or more of real property secured prior to June 15th, 2024.
Member Grigsby moved to send to full board with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes
b. Discussion/Action: Kim Mayberry Zoning Enforcement Officer Contract
Member Grigsby moved to send to full board with as ecound from Member Widger. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
