3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Thompson moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Platt. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – May 7, 2024
Member Southwood moved to approve the minutes from May 7, 2024, with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

7. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Southwood reported that the approval of two ordinance updates is going to the full board.
b. Health
Member Platt reported that the Clayberg needs to have a door replaced.
c. County Highway
The work on County Highway 15 has started.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member Thompson reported that some appointments and an Amended and renewal contract for the Supervisor of Assessments will be going to the full board.
e. Property, Public Safety
Member Williams reported that the committee has spoken to the campers about different concerns they have and hope to get them resolved soon. The property committee decided to get a part time employee to help around the campground. The Campground Superintendent’s contract will be changed to hourly.
8. Old Business
a. Discussion: Courthouse Renovations
Chairman Spangler reported that Cole is putting a RFP together for a structural engineer.
9. New Business
a. Discussion/Action: St.David-Dunfermline Water commissioner appointment
The appointment of Beth Richardson will be going through finance and the full board next week.
