3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda
Member Widger moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Berry. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – April 2, 2024
Member Sloan moved to approve the previous minutes with a second from Member Widger. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
5. Announcements, Communications, and Correspondence
a. Lead water line going to Courthouse.
Member Barclay is going to make calls to see what actions are needed.

Member Barclay is going to get information on the Judges paying for their part. NO ACTION TAKEN

The sheriff has a 2013 Ford Expedition going to be put in an online auction.

Member Widger asked about the jail Sally Port. Waiting for Member Williams to get back with the info

Member Berry is looking into shelves for old DG building storage.

The tractor was fixed and is in good working order.
18. Camp & Rec Superintendent’s Report
Superintendent Picton reported that signs for private property are being purchased to mark off those areas, the gate is not taking money properly and is being looked into being fixed. The Sheriff’s Department came and removed a camper from the property.
