3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – February 6, 2024
Member Kessel moved to approve the minutes from February 6, 2024, with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

7. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Kessel reported that the BESS Ordinance, Pricing Structure, and a public hearing for a met tower will be going to the ZBA. The BESS Ordinance & Pricing will come back to the Committee and then to the Board next month.
b. Health
Member Platt reported Clayberg was presented with an Award.
c. County Highway
Member Heller reported the highway is working on cleaning out ditches.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member Thompson reported that three Transit documents will be coming to the full board, as well as voting on Dacott’s energy pricing.
e. Property, Public Safety
Member Williams reported that the committee allocated $1000 for Andrew to purchase tools, an will be looking into getting an estimate for new carpet in the Courtrooms.
