3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of Agenda
Member Kessel moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – January 3, 2024
Member Kessel moved to approve the minutes from January 3, 2024, with a second from Member Thompson. Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
5. Announcements, Communication and Correspondence – None

7. Reports from Committee Chairs
a. Community Development, Zoning
Member Kessel reported that the BESS ordinance will be coming to the full board after review from ZBA and Zoning. Multiple Public Hearings are expect in the near future.
b. Health
Member Platt has reported that the RNs asked about paying union dues. The union has spoken to them about this.
c. County Highway
Demo on the old Highway building will start on March 4th.
d. Finance, Insurance, Personnel, Legislative
Member Thompson reported that the emergency closer policy and a resolution stating the courthouse hours will be going to the full board. The pursuance of a County Administrator will also be discussed at the full board.
e. Property, Public Safety
Member Williams reported that Andrew Picton has started and his contract will be going to the full board. The mowing bid will also be coming to the full board next week.
